Your walker, by name. Every walk, on the record.
Boopwalk pairs you with one hand-approved walker. They log each walk with its start and end time, every pee and poop, meals and meds, and send you a recap when they check out.
What you see after a visit
- Walk times
- Your walker starts and ends each walk in the app, so you see when it happened and how long it was.
- Pee and poop
- Logged as they happen, with a note when a poop is soft, runny or hard.
- Meals, water and meds
- Each one logged with the time it was given.
- A recap at checkout
- When your walker checks out, you get an email with all of it, plus any photos and notes.
- Your own page
- A private link with every visit, your rates and what each visit includes, and Venmo or Cash App buttons for what you owe. No app or account needed.
Less for you, more for your walker
Your walker sets their price and you pay them directly. Boopwalk adds a $0.50 reservation fee to each booking, and nothing else. Your walker keeps the rest.
| Boopwalk | Wag | |
|---|---|---|
| You pay | $25.50 | $27.99 |
| Your walker keeps | $24.51 | about $15.00 |
Boopwalk's fees: $0.50 from the client and $0.49 from the walker per booking, and both stop once a walker has 10 regular clients. The walker keeps everything else.
Wag figures as publicly reported, checked November 2026: a $2.99 booking fee per walk, and about 40% of the walk price kept from the walker (Wag doesn't publish its cut). Sources: Wag blog: booking fee, Sidewalk Dog: Rover vs Wag, Everlance: Wag pay.
How it works
- Send a request. Tell us about your pet and what you need, using the form below.
- We introduce a walker. Every walker on Boopwalk was approved by a person, not an algorithm. You agree on the schedule and the price with them directly.
- Get your page. Your walker sends you a private link. Visits, recaps and payments all live there.

Questions
How do I pay my walker?
Straight to their own Venmo or Cash App. Your page has a pay button with the amount filled in, and it only counts visits that have started. Boopwalk never touches that money.
Do you take cats, not just dogs?
Yes. Say so in your request and we'll match you with a walker who does cat visits.
Is there a booking fee?
A $0.50 reservation fee confirms each booking. It goes away once your walker has 10 or more regular clients.
Do I need an app?
No. You get a private link to your page and recap emails. There is nothing to install and no account to create.
How are walkers chosen?
Every walker applies, and a person reviews the application before they're approved.
